摘　　要：目的探讨老年人股骨近端骨折亚急诊术前准备对术后患者康复的影响。方法老年股骨近端骨折患者随机分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用亚急诊术前准备方式,对照组采取常规术前处理方式,比较两组对术后康复的影响。结果观察组效果优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人股骨近端骨折亚急诊术前准备术后康复效果优于常规术前准备手术治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative preparation for the rehabilitation of patients with proximal femoral fractures in the elderly. Methods The aged patients with proximal femoral fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases. The observation group was treated by emergency pzeoperative preparation, and the control group was treated by routine preoperative treatment, and the effect of the two groups on the rehabilitation after operation was compared. Results The effect of observation group was better than that of the control group, the effect of the observation group was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of the pre emergency operation of the proximal femoral fracture in the elderly patients is significantly better than that of the conventional operation for the preparation of the treatment.
