柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性胆囊炎患者60例分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。结果观察组患者治愈率和治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后均未发生任何严重不良反应。结论慢性胆囊炎采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗效果显著,安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Chaihushugan powder in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups, control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, the observation group by Chaihushugan powder the addition and subtraction treatment. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Chronic cholecystitis with Chaihushugan decoction treatment effect significantly, safe and effective.
