摘  要:目的对慢性肾小球肾炎患者采取临床护理路径,探讨健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年4月本院接诊的84例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组采取常规肾内科健康教育护理措施,观察组采用临床护理路径的方式进行健康教育。比较两组患者对疾病的掌握程度,观察患者的住院天数,并对患者进行护理满意度的调查。结果观察组患者疾病知晓率90.5%高于对照组64.3%,且观察组住院时间短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组患者的护理总满意率为100%,对照组为85.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(x^2=6.462,P〈0.05)。结论临床护理路径在慢性肾小球肾炎患者的健康教育中具有明显的效果,缩短了住院时间.提高了护理满意度。Objective A clinical nursing path on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and explore the application effect of health education. Methods 84 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients were chosen as the research object in 2014 March - April 2015 in our hospital, using the random number table method divided the patients into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) and control group in conventional renal medicine health education nursing measures, observation group with the method of clinical nursing path for health education, compared two groups of patients with diseases of master degree, observe the patient's hospitalization days, and care for the patient satisfaction survey. Results Observation group patients disease awareness is significantly higher than the control group 90.5% and 64.3%, length of hospital stay and observation group was obviously shorter than the control group, comparing the two groups statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), the observation group of patients with nursing overall satisfaction rate was 100%, the control group was 85.7%, comparing the two groups statistically significant difference (x^2=6.462, P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing path in the health education of patients with chronic glometulonephritis has obvious effect,shorten the length of hospital stay, improve nursing satisfaction.
