持续性人文关怀在ICU护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究ICU护理中采用持续性人文关怀的具体措施和效果。方法选取2013年2月-2014年10月收治的61例ICU患者进行护理．随机分组，对照组28例患者给予常规护理，实验组患者33例给予持续性的人文关怀护理。结果实验组护理有效率为96．97％，对照组护理有效率为82．14％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对ICU患者采用持续性的人文关怀的护理模式，能够建立和谐的护惠关系，减少并发症，提高治疗效果和护理质量。Objective To explore the use of ICU nuising continuing humane care of specific measures and results. Methods 61 cases in ICU patients admitted for care in February 2013 - October 2014, randomized, 28 patients in the control group received conventional care, the experimental group of 33 patients given continuous care and humane care. Results The experimental group nursing effective rate of 96.97% in the control group was 82.14% effective treatments, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU patients with persistent care model of humane care, to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, to reduce complications and improve outcomes and quality of care.
