负压封闭引流技术联合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨严重开放性骨折患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析负压封闭引流技术联合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨严重开放性骨折患者的护理效果。方法选取2012年4月～2015年4月68例采用负压封闭引流技术加外固定支架治疗的胫腓骨严重开放性骨折患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，两组各34例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施护理干预措施。结果采取不同护理措施后，对比两组患者不良情况的发生率，观察组的不良情况的发生率（2．9％）低于对照组（11．7％），P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。比较两组患者的护理满意度，观察组为91．7％，对照组为82．4‰差异有统计学有意义，P〈0．05。结论对负压封闭引流技术联合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨严重开放性骨折的患者实施护理干预措施，可以有效地减少患者治疗后不良情况的发生率，提高患者满意度。Objective Analysis of negative pressure drainage technology joint external fixator in the treatment of patients with severe open fractures tibiofibula nursing effect. Methods 68 eases of the closed negative pressure drainage technology tibiofibula treated with external fixation stents were chosen in patients with severe open fractures as the research object in April 2012 and April 2015, its were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group, two groups of the 34 cases, control group routine nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of nursing intervention measures. Results After different nursing measures, compared two groups of patients the incidence of adverse situation, the incidence of adverse situation of observation group （2.9%）, significantly lower than the control group （11.7%）, P〈0.05, statistically significant difference, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care, observation group was 91.7%, the control group was 82.4%, significant difference, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage technology joint external fixator in the treatment of patients with severe open fractures of tibia fibular nursing intervention measures, Can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse situation after treatment, improve patient satisfaction.
