摘  要:建立小孔节流径向静压空气轴承的计算模型,利用ANSYS CFX软件数值模拟方法计算轴承承载力,并通过实验验证数值计算的准确性;分析节流孔径、节流气腔直径和气腔深度对轴承承载力的影响规律。结果表明:利用CFX计算小孔节流径向静压空气轴承承载力的方法是可行的,可以有效地分析气体在小孔节流结构内的复杂流动;小孔节流结构参数对轴承承载力影响较大,随节流孔径增加,承载力先增大后减小,随节流气腔直径和气腔深度增加,轴承承载力均先增大后基本保持稳定。A calculation model of orifice restrict radial aerostatic bearing was established.The ANSYS CFX software was used to calculate the load capacity of radial aerostatic bearing, and the accuracy of numerical calculation was verified through experiments.The law of the effect of the orifice diameter, pocket diameter and pocket depth on the load capacity of radial aerostatic bearing was analyzed.Results indicate that the method of calculating load capacity of radial aerostatic bear- ing through CFX numerical simulation is feasible, and the complex gas flow in the orifice structure can be analyzed effec- tively.The changes of orifice structure have a large effect on load capacity,with the increasing of orifice diameter, the load capacity is firstly increased and then decreased, and the load capacity is firstly increased, and then remains stable by in- creasing both the pocket diameter and the pocket depth.
