黑龙江省艾滋病防治人员生存质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省艾滋病防治人员生存质量现状及其影响因素。方法采取整群随机抽样方法抽取黑龙江省艾滋病防治人员250人为研究对象,采用世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病防治人员生存质量中的生理领域[(14.20±2.33)分]和社会关系领域[(14.28±2.40)分]得分低于普通人群,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,黑龙江省艾滋病防治人员生存质量中生理领域的影响因素为对工作满意度和家庭经济状况;心理领域的影响因素为对工作满意度和家庭经济状况;社会领域的影响因素为文化程度、从事艾滋病的工作年限、对工作满意度和家庭经济状况;环境领域的影响因素为对工作满意度和家庭经济状况。结论黑龙江省艾滋病防治人员的生存质量偏低,对工作满意度、家庭经济状况、文化程度和从事艾滋病的工作年限是艾滋病防治人员生存质量的影响因素。Objective To study the quality of life（QOL） and its related factors among personnel working on human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （HIV/AIDS）control and prevention in Heilongjiang prov- ince. Methods A total of 250 AIDS prevention and control personnel in Heilongjiang province were selected with ran- dom cluster sampling and surveyed with World Health Organization＇s Quality of Life Instrument-Short Version（ WHO- QOL-BREF）. Results The scores of AIDS prevention and control personnel in physical and social domains were lower than those of normal population（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The results of multivariate logistic regression demonstrated that the job satis- faction and family economic condition were the influence factors of physical, psychological and environmental domains of QOL. The level of education, years of working ,job satisfaction, and family economic condition were influence factors of social domain of QOL. Conclusion The QOL of AIDS prevention and control personnel in Heilongjiang province is at a low level. Job satisfaction, family economic condition, education level, and years of working are main influencing factors of QOL in the population.
