摘　　要：高端装备制造业创新绩效评价研究非常具有现实意义。选取我国28个省级行政区作为研究对象,运用SFA方法进行创新绩效评价。实证研究发现黑龙江省高端装备制造业创新绩效较低。为了更好地研究影响创新绩效的原因,引入政府科技财政拨款、高端装备制造业的进出口强度作为外生因素,研究其对黑龙江省高端装备制造业R&D资源配置效率的影响程度和方向。Study on evaluation of innovation performance in high - end equipment manufacturing industry has very realistic meaning. This paper selects 28 provinces in China as the research objects, using SFA method of innovation performance e- valuation. The empirical research concludes that in Heilongjiang province, the innovation performance of high - end equip- ment manufacturing industry is low. In order to study the factors influencing the better innovation performance, the paper introduces funds, technology the government high end equipment manufacturing industry import and export intensity as ex- ogenous factors, and researches the degree of impact and direction of R＆D resource allocation efficiency in the high - end equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province.
