糖尿病患者对结核病的知识知晓情况及其健康教育效果

摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区糖尿病患者对结核病防治相关知识的了解情况,并探索有效的健康教育方法。方法随机抽取上海市闸北区3个街道在管糖尿病患者各150名,随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组采用结核病防治知识手册进行为期半年的干预,比较干预前后知晓率情况变化。结果干预前糖尿病患者对结核病核心知识总体知晓率为31.7%,对结核病防治定点治疗了解最低,仅为1.3%。干预后知晓率有有显著提高,上升为89.3%,显著高于对照组。糖尿病患者对两病相关性认识不足,56.4%的人不知道是否有关系,28.9%的人认为没关系,但患者对两病相关知识的了解需求最高,79.1%的的患者想了解这类知识,52.1%的患者想了解结核病防治知识。结论糖尿病患者目前对结核病防治知识了解严重不足,但该人群对健康教育信息传播有较高的接受意愿,简单的健康教育方法就能达到较好的知识提升效果,此外目前糖尿病患病人群已有较成熟的就诊随访体系,结合这一体系开展结核病健康知识传播有很高的必要性和可行性。[Objective]To understand the awareness of tuberculosis（TB） control knowledge among diabetes patients in Zhabei District of Shanghai City,and explore effective education method. [Methods]Each 150 diabetes cases were chosen from 3subdistricts of Shanghai City and divided into intervention group and control group randomly. The intervention group was treated with handbooks of tuberculosis knowledge for half a year. The awareness rate was compared between the 2 groups before and after intervention. [Results]Before the intervention,the general awareness rate of diabetes patients was 31.7%. The lowest point was about designated hospital for treatment of TB,only 1.3%. After the Intervention,the rate had increased significantly,up to89.3%, significantly higher than control group. Diabetic patients knew few about the relationship between diabetes and tuberculosis,56.4% people did not know,28.9% thought there was no association. Most of them wanted to know the relationships between diabetes and tuberculosis it’s about 79.1%,the next was to know about TB it’s about 52.1%. [Conclusion]There was a serious lack of knowledge about TB among patients with diabetes. Fortunately they really want to know more,and a simple treatment can improve a lot. In addition,the current diabetes follow-up system has been build up,it is necessary and feasible to carry out TB health education on this system.
