廊坊市艾滋病高危人群综合干预方法与效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价艾滋病(AIDS)高危人群综合干预方法与效果。方法调查分析廊坊市2013年1月—2014年9月干预的100例暗娼和100例同性恋者的临床资料。结果干预后暗娼和同性恋者对AIDS知识的总知晓率均显著高于干预前(χ2分别为5.71和5.10,均P<0.05);干预后暗娼与客人、和配偶或男友最近1个月内发生性行为时安全套使用频率均显著高于干预前(P<0.05);同性恋者干预后最近1年安全套使用频率显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论 AIDS高危人群综合干预方法包括健康教育、提供心理及医学咨询等,能够显著提高暗娼和同性恋者的AIDS知识总知晓率及安全套使用频率,效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To evaluate the comprehensive intervention methods and effect among AIDS high-risk groups.[Methods]The clinical data of 100 unlicensed prostitutes and 100 homosexuals who have received the intervention from January 2013 to September 2014 in Langfang City were investigated and analyzed. [Results]The total awareness rates of AIDS knowledge in unlicensed prostitutes and homosexuals after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention（χ2 value was5.71 and 5.10 respectively,both P〈0.05）. After intervention,the frequency of condom use when unlicensed prostitutes had sex with the clients,spouse or boyfriend in the last month was significantly higher than that before intervention（P 〈0.05）. After intervention,the frequency of condom use among homosexuals in recent year was significantly higher than that before intervention（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The comprehensive intervention methods of AIDS high-risk groups include health education,as well as psychological and medical counseling,and they can significantly improve the total awareness rates of AIDS knowledge and frequency of condom use in unlicensed prostitutes and homosexuals,which have the remarkable results,and is worthy of popularizing.
