摘　　要：目的掌握宿迁市区医院污水处理状况,为改善医院污水处理质量提供依据。方法对宿迁市区范围内53家医疗机构开展医院污水处理状况现场调查,并采集消毒接触池出口处污水水样进行卫生质量检验。结果宿迁市区有16家医疗机构无污水处理设施,占30.77%;仅设有障板迷宫式接触消毒的消毒池有25家,占69.44%。抽样检验18家医院污水,合格率仅为16.67%;悬浮物、总余氯合格率明显低于其他指标。结论该市医疗机构污水处理设施建设不规范,管理措施不到位,处理后污水质量不达标。应加强污水处理设施建设管理,组织人员培训,开展污水自检。[Objective]To master the status of urban hospital sewage treatment in Suqian City,and provide evidence for improving the quality of the hospital sewage treatment. [Methods]Present situation investigation was performed on sewage treatment in 53 urban hospitals of Suqian City. Wastewater samples at the outlet of the disinfection pool were collected for sanitary test.[ Results ] There were 16 medical institutions without sewage treatment facilities in Suqian City,accounting for 30.77%,25 only had a baffle labyrinth contact disinfection pool,accounting for 69.44%. Sewage of 18 hospitals were sampled for inspection,the qualified rate was only 16.67%. The qualified rates of suspended solids and total residual chlorine were significantly lower than other indicators. [Conclusion]The medical sewage treatment facilities are not standardized,and the management measures are imperfect,the quality of the treated sewage is not up to standard in this city. It is necessary to strengthen the management of sewage treatment facilities,to train workers and to carry out sewage self-test.
