摘　　要：目的了解上海市黄浦区15家涉禽场所禽流感病毒污染情况,并对消毒效果进行评估。方法采集15家涉禽场所中消毒前后的禽类标本和环境标本,比较消毒前后标本检测的阳性率;利用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行病毒核酸检测,对消毒前后禽流感病毒亚型的分布进行描述。结果禽类标本消毒前总阳性率为52.86%(37/70),消毒后为47.50%(19/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);环境标本消毒前总阳性率为63.49%(80/126),消毒后为5.26%(4/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。禽流感病毒亚型分布显示,禽类标本消毒前阳性株的构成以H9、H7N9及甲型未分型为主,消毒后以H5、H7N9及H9为主;环境标本消毒前阳性株的构成以H5、H9及甲型未分型为主,消毒后仅有H9和H5亚型检出。结论消毒措施对涉禽场所环境标本有一定效果。[Objective]To understand the avian flu viruses contamination status in 15 poultry markets in Huangpu district of Shanghai City, and evaluate the sterilization effect. [Methods]Samples of poultries and environment were collected from Yuanyuanjia poultry market before and after sterilization,the positive rate of samples were compared. RT-PCR was used for nucleic acid detection,and the distribution of the subtypes of avian flu viruses was described before and after sterilization.[Results]The overall positive rate of poultries samples was 52.86%（37/70） before sterilization and 63.49%（80/126） after sterilization, without significant difference. The overall positive rate of environment samples was 63.49%（80/126） before sterilization,and 5.26%（4/76） after sterilization,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. The subtypes of avian flu viruses showed that for poultries,H9,H7N9 and type A were the dominant strains detected before sterilization,while H5,H7N9 and H9 were mainly detected after sterilization. For environment samples,H5,H9 and type A were the dominant strains detected before sterilization, while H9 and H5 were the only strains detected after sterilization. [Conclusion]Sterilization takes effect on environment specimens in poultry markets.
