摘　　要：工业革命的推进成就了伦敦市作为英国的政治和经济中心的地位,也促成了伦敦大学的建立。伦敦大学的发展离不开伦敦市在政策上的支持。在回应伦敦经济社会发展需求的过程中,伦敦大学与当地企业逐步走向互利共赢。伦敦大学在履行其社会责任的同时与社区实现深度融合。The industrial revolution made the achievements of London as Britain＇s political and economic center, and also contributed to the establishment of the University of London. The development of University of London can＇t be separated from the policy support of London, in response to the economy development needs of London, the University of London and the local enterprise gradually achieved mutual benefit and win-win. During implement the social responsibility, the University of London achieved deeply integrated with the community.
