摘 要:目的:观察加味生脉散对小鼠抗运动性疲劳能力的影响。方法:挑选能游泳的昆明种实验小鼠40只,将其分为对照组及加味生脉散低、中、高剂量组,各组每天游泳1h后灌服相应药物,连续15d,观察比较各组末日体质量、力竭性游泳时间及力竭后血乳酸含量。结果:加味生脉散各剂量组小鼠末日体质量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加味生脉散中、高剂量组负重游泳时间较对照组延长(P<0.05),血乳酸含量较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:加味生脉散具有抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用。Objective:To observe the impacts of Jiawei Shengmai powder(JSP)on the resistance against exercise induced fatigue in mice. Methods:Forty Kunming mice that were able to swim were selected and divided into controlgroup,low- dose JSP group, medium- dose JSP group, and high -dose JSP group. Mice in each group were given specific drugs after one - hour swimming every day. Body mass, exhaustive swimming time, and blood lactate con- centration after exhausting exercise were determined and compared between groups after 15 continuous days of treat- ment. Results:There was no significant difference in body mass on the last day between the control group and the JSP - treated groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The medium - dose and high - dose JSP groups had significantly prolonged ex- haustive swimming time and significantly lower blood lactate concentrations than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : JSP can protect against exercise - induced fatigue in mice.
