保肝利胆胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察保肝利胆胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法观察保肝利胆胶囊的镇痛作用;以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法观察保肝利胆胶囊的抗炎作用。结果:保肝利胆胶囊具有明显的镇痛作用,对醋酸刺激所致小鼠疼痛具有一定的缓解作用;并能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性。结论:保肝利胆胶囊具有抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Baogan Lidan capsules and to provide the experimental basis for the clinical application.Methods：By mouse hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method we observed the analgesic effect of Baogan Lidan capsules.Through Xylene-induced ear ede-ma and blood capillary permeability method of mice＇s abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid we observed anti-inflammatory effects of the capsules.Results：Baogan Lidan capsules for the hot plate pain had a signifi-cantly analgesic effect and the capsules had a soothing effect on the pain induced by acetic acid.The capsules also had a prohibitive effect on ear swelling of mice and decreased capillary permeability.Conclusion：Baogan Lidan capsules have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
