摘　　要：目的:探讨口眼?斜症的古代针灸处方选穴规律。方法:以先秦至清末为时间范围,收集并整理关于口眼?斜症的针灸处方,录入古代针灸处方管理信息系统;利用频数分析法,从具体腧穴、经脉、部位和特定穴等角度,获取选穴频数分布。结果:使用频数大于30的腧穴包括地仓、颊车、听会、水沟和合谷。阳经及其足三阳经的选用最为频繁;胃经、胆经、大肠经和督脉等具体经脉使用率较高。头面颈项部及其腧穴的选用最为频繁,并以面颊区及其腧穴选用为主。特定穴的使用频数明显高于非特定穴,并以交会穴、五输穴、原穴为主穴。结论:古代针灸治疗口眼?斜症以特定穴为主,采用分部取穴、循经取穴原则。Objective： To explore selection rules of acupoints in ancient acupuncture prescriptions of facial pa- ralysis. Methods： By setting a time range from the pre -Qin to the late Qing dynasty, acupuncture prescrip- tions of facial paralysis were collected and input to a management information system of ancient acupuncture prescription. Using the frequency analysis method, the frequency distributions of aeupoints were obtained from four perspectives of acupoints, meridians, body parts and specific acupoints. Results ： The high - frequency acupoints included Dicang （ ST 4 ）, Jiache （ ST 6 ）, Tinghui （ GB 2 ）, Shuigou （ GV 26 ） and Hegu （ LI 4 ）, which were selected more than 30 times. The selections of Yang meridians and Foot - Sanyang meridians were the most frequent. The selection rates of specific meridians were higher and they included the Stomach meridi- an, the Gall Bladder meridian, the Large Intestine meridian and the Governor Vessel and so on. The selec- tions of head - face - neck - nucha parts and its acupoints were the most frequent, and the selections of cheek area and its acupoints were given priority. Compared with non -specific aeupoints, the selection frequency of specific acupoints was significantly higher. The Intersection points, Five - shu points and Original points were taken as the main points. Conclusion： The ancient acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis gives priority to the specific acupoints, and selected acupoints are based on body parts and along the meridians.
