摘 要:目的:探讨八正散加味联合盐酸坦索罗辛对体外冲击波碎石术后的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的96例泌尿系结石患者随机分为3组,每组32例,分别为体外冲击波碎石组、体外冲击波碎石术后+盐酸坦索罗辛组、体外冲击波碎石术后+盐酸坦索罗辛+八正散加味组,对患者进行肾脏部位体外冲击震波200次,术后分析患者尿液中内生皮质素水平(ET)、尿丙二醛(MDA)含量、尿N-乙酸-β-葡萄糖苷酶含量(NAG酶)和血液内生肌酐清除率(CCr)的变化。结果:体外冲击波碎石术后+盐酸坦索罗辛+八正散加味组与其他两组相比较,患者的症状尿内生皮质素(ET)、尿丙二醛(A)水平、N-乙酸-β-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和内生肌酐清除率(CCr)有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八正散加味联合盐酸坦索罗辛对体外冲击波碎石患者疗效确切,可在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the use of modified Bazhengsan combined with tamsulosin for postoperative extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:96 cases of gallstone patients were randomly divided into three groups,an ESWL group,an ESWL postoperative plus tamsulosin group and an ESWL tamsulosin plus Bazheng-san group.The shock wave lithotripsy for kidney patients was conducted by seismic impact for200 times, ana-lyzing patients after treatment of urinary N-acetic acid -β-glucosidase levels ( NAG enzyme ) , raw me-sothelin levels ( ET) in the urine, urinary propionate dialdehyde ( MDA) content and blood creatinine clear-ance ( CCr) changes.Results:Compared with other two groups, ESWL plus tamsulosin plus Bazhengsan group was scattered flavored N-acetic acid-β-glucosidase ( NAG) , urinary endothelin ( ET) , urinary malondial-dehyde ( MDA) levels and endogenous creatinine clearance rate ( CCr) had a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion: Tamsulosin and Bazhengsan for the patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is effective,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
