尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林对利血平化低五羟色胺伴局部脑血管痉挛的偏头痛模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林对利血平化低五羟色胺伴局部脑血管痉挛偏头痛模型小鼠的影响。方法:按体质量将50只小鼠采用随机数字表法分成空白对照组(A组),模型空白组(B组),尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林组(C组),尼莫地平单用组(D组),每组12只;采用右肩部位皮下注射利血平(10 mg·kg-1)14 d复制小鼠偏头痛模型,第14天时每只小鼠经颅穿刺大脑皮层注射自身鼠血凝块2μl,观察小鼠体质量,采用毛玻璃管法测凝血时间,ELISA法检测血清中5-HT及其代谢产物5-HIAA含量。结果:与模型组比较,尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林能增加利血平化低5-HT伴局部脑血管痉挛偏头痛模型小鼠体质量(P<0.01),延长其凝血时间(P<0.05),增加血清中5-HT、5-HIAA的含量(P<0.01)。结论:尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林对于利血平所致小鼠偏头痛具良好疗效。OBJECTIVE To study the role of Nimodipine combined with low dosage aspirin in the migraine model mice of low5-HT with local cerebral vasospasm induced by reserpine.METHODS 50 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups：blank group,model group,Nimodipine combined with low dosage Aspirin group,Nimodipine group.By giving hypodermic injection of 10 mg·kg^-1 reserpine for 14 days,copied migraine model was established.On the 14 th day after ether anesthesia in mice,puncture cerebral cortex（APo,Lo）to inject blood clots（2μl per mice）was conducted,to observe weight,measuring blood coagulation time with frosted glass tube,and the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA on plasma with ELISA.RESULTS Nimodipine combined with low dosage aspirin could increase weight,prolong coagulation time,and improve the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA.Compared with the model group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Nimodipine combined with low dosage aspirin was effective into migraine mice induced by reserpine.
