摘 要:采用同浴染色酶517(ODE517)对散棉进行低温一浴练漂,探讨ODE517质量浓度、练漂温度和时间对散棉白度及断裂强力的影响;选择工艺参数的优化区域,利用二次通用旋转组合设计法,以及DPS数据处理分析,确定优化工艺为:ODE517 2.2 g/L,36%H2O26.0 g/L,Na OH 3.0 g/L,温度56℃,时间57 min,浴比1∶40。经优化工艺处理后,散棉白度达到了59.97%,略高于传统练漂工艺;练漂及染色后的断裂强力分别较传统工艺提高了69.66%和105.96%;染色散棉的彩度及K/S值较传统工艺分别提高了3.73%和14.76%。ODE517优化工艺具有更好的练漂效果。One-bath low-temperature scouring and bleaching of loose cotton is carried out with one-bath dyeing enzyme 517 (ODESI7). The effects of ODE517 concentration, temperature and time on the white- ness and breaking strength of loose cotton are discussed. By using of quadratic general rotary unitized de- sign and DPS data processing system, the optimum conditions are defined as follows: ODE517 2.2 g/L, 36% H202 6.0 g/L, NaOH 3.0 g/L, bath ratio l : 40, treating at 56 ℃ for 57 min. The whiteness of treated loose cotton is 59.9?%, which is a little higher than that of the traditional process. Compared with the tra- ditional process, the breaking strength of loose cotton after pretreatment and dyeing increases by 69.66% and 105.96%, and the saturation and K/S value increases by 3.73 % and 14.76 % respectively.
