摘　　要：根据荷叶超疏水自清洁原理,利用防水整理剂HT-815和纳米级易擦洗整理剂,对经编超柔绒面料进行超疏水和防污功能加工整理。介绍了织造、预定形、起绒、前烫剪、烂花、染色、浸轧、后烫剪和定形等工艺参数。成品面料具有很好的防水自清洁功能,手感柔腻且具有凹凸纹理结构,可以用于高档家纺面料。According to the principle of super hydrophobic and self-cleaning property of lotus leaf, super hydrophobic and self-cleaning finish of burnt-out fabric is carried out with water-proofing agent HT-815 and nano-easy cleaning agent. The process is detailed, including weaving, pre-setting, raising, fore-gloss ironing and shearing, burnt out, dyeing, padding, post-gloss ironing and shearing, as well as setting. The finished fabric features sculptured pattern, super hydrophobicity and self-cleaning performance, as well as soft and fine handle which can be used for high-grade home textile fabrics.
