摘　　要：劳动价值论是政治经济学的基础理论,同时也是马克思分析资本主义典型经济社会形态时所运用的基础理论。然而,在现实的研究和学习中,劳动价值论和要素价值论、效用价值论、供求价值论等其他价值论之间的关系经常被混淆或误解,这一基础性的问题如果得不到有效解决,将难以理解和把握好马克思所分析的资本主义的生产关系和本质。文章在分析和比较四种价值理论并指出要素价值论、效用价值论和供求价值论的理论缺陷的基础上,对劳动价值论面临的几个常见诘难进行尝试性解答,并对其分析域做理论上的限定,以期使劳动价值论在更广的范围和更深的意义上得到学习和发展。The labor theory of value is the basic theory of political economy, and it is also the basic theory of Marx＇s analysis of the typical economic and social forms of capitalism. However, in the reality of research and study, the relationship among the labor theory of value, factor theory of value, utility theory of value and supply and demand theory of value are often confused or misunderstood, if the basic problems has not effectively resolved, it is difficult to understand Marx＇s analysis of capitalism. Therefore, this paper will firstly do a theoretical analysis of the comparison between labor theory of value and the other three kinds of value theories, then point out the defects of the latter. Based on this and with the intention to make labor theory of value into a deeper understanding and further development, this paper will try to answer several common criticism on labor theory of value, and also to delineate the scope of application of it.
