摘　　要：对外证券投资是居民分散投资风险和提高投资收益的重要方式,目前我国对居民对外证券投资仍然实施较严格的管制,居民因此缺乏对外证券投资渠道,这既降低了中国对外投资收益也影响了中国的货币政策独立性,放开居民对外证券投资势在必行。文章最后为开放对外证券投资提供了政策设想和路线图。Foreign securities investment is an important way to improve the investment income and make the portfolio diversify. At present time, foreign securities investment is under strict regulation. The residents lack channels to make foreign securities investment, which not only affects foreign investment income but also affects the independence of Chinese monetary policy. So it is necessary to relax the control on foreign securities investment. At last the article provides policy suggestions and route for open securities investment account.
