摘　　要：金融产业集群被看作是区域金融发展的一种有效组织模式。金融产业集群的发展、演化受到内部因素和外部因素的复合影响。在集群演化中,内部因素是发挥主要作用的,外部因素通过激发内部因素来影响产业集群的演化。金融产业集群的成长效应分为集群内部成长效应与区域经济增长效应。集群内部成长效应包括规模经济效应和创新学习的知识效应,区域经济增长效应包括产业机构优化效应和外部规模经济。Financial industry cluster is regarded as a kind of effective organization mode of regional financial development. The development and evolution of financial industrial cluster affected by internal factors and external factors of composite. In the evolution of clusters, internal factors play a major role, external factors by stimulating internal factors to influence the evolution of the industrial cluster. The growth of financial industry cluster effect is divided into internal cluster growth effect and the regional economic growth effect. Cluster internal growth effect including economies of scale and innovation of learning effect, the regional economic growth effect including the optimization of industrial structure effect and external economies of scale.
