体育学院的体育法学教育教学之管见

摘　　要：体育法学是一门以研究体育领域的一切行为与社会关系的法律规范的学科，目前全国的高等院校的法学专业基本没有开设这门课程，体育学院在对待体育法学的开设上也存在很大差异，探讨体育学院关于体育法学的教育教学很有必要，一方面可以对体育法学的教育教学改革提供一些参考，另一方面也可以对如何培养体育学院学生体育法学知识提供一些思路。Sports Law is a subject which studies the legal norms concerning all the actions and social relations in the field of sports. Until recently, there＇s no Sports Law in the curriculum of law major set by the colleges or universities in China. Furthermore, there exist great differences in the views of Sports Law among Physical Education Colleges. Therefore, there is a great need to study the education and teaching system of Sports Law in the Physical Education College, which will first provide some references for the reform of education and teaching system in Sports Law, and then enlighten the educators as to the training programs in Physical Education College.
