摘　　要：为探明不同施氮时期对高粱产量和品质影响,以茅粱1号为材料,采用随机区组设计进行了盆栽试验。结果表明:在施氮量为40kg/667m2,基追比3∶7时,抽穗期追施氮肥最有利于茅粱1号植株氮磷钾吸收,干物重积累较多,籽粒产量最高,籽粒淀粉和单宁含量最适合酿造酱香型白酒的要求。In order to explore effects of different nitrogen fertilizer application time yield and quality of sorghum,taking Maoliang No.1as the test material,and randomized block design was applied on pot test.The result showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer is 40kg/667m^2 and the base fetilizer rate to topdressing is 3：7,nitrogen fertilizer appling during the heading stage is the most effecient for the Maoliang No.1to obsorb the NPK,and the dry matter weight accumulation is great,the productivity of the grain reached the highest level,as well as the request of Maotai-flavor liquor can be best satisfied by grain starch and tannin content.
