草石蚕栽培及加工技术研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着草石蚕需求量的日益增长,草石蚕繁殖和高产栽培显得尤为重要。结合近年来对草石蚕的研究情况,总结了草石蚕生物学特性、成分、食用与药用价值、繁殖和高产栽培技术以及加工技术方面的研究现状,并对今后的研究工作进行了探讨。With the growing demand of the Stachys sieboldii Miqin recent years,it is particularly important of propagation and cultivation techniques of Stachys sieboldii Miq.The author summarized the latest research situation of biological characteristics,pharmacological effect and propagation and cultivation and processing techniques of Stachys sieboldii Miq,which based on the research development of Stachys sieboldii Miq.And proposed the development of Stachys sieboldii Miqin future.
