血脂灵片中决明子生炒互换治疗高脂血症的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察血脂灵片中决明子生炒互换前后降血脂和润肠通便作用的变化。方法:将72只SD大鼠分为9组,制备大鼠高血脂模型。给药20d后测定血清中总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标值;将90只SD小鼠随机分为9组,制备小鼠便秘模型。治疗后,观察小鼠首次排便时间、排便粒数、粪便含水量和小肠碳末推进百分率。结果:与模型组比较,血脂灵片中决明子生炒互换前后均能明显降低高脂血症大鼠CHO、TG、LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的水平。结论:血脂灵片中决明子生炒互换前后均具有降血脂和润肠通便的作用。Objective： To observe the changes of prepared and original Juemingzi in the Xuezhiling tablets. Methods： 72 SD rats were divided into 9 groups, and the rats were prepared with high blood lipid model. Results： Comparing the model group, Xuezhiling tablets before and after their exchange can significantly reduce high-fat hyperlipidemia rat CHO, TG, LDL-C levels and increased HDL-C level. Conclusion： The Xuezhiling tablets before and after having hypolipidemic and laxative effect.
