沙参麦冬汤加减联合自体DC/CIK治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察沙参麦冬汤加减联合自体DC/CIK治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将80例确诊为非小细胞肺癌的患者,随机分治疗组40例,对照组40例。所有患者选用自体DC/CIK。治疗组同时给予沙参麦冬汤加减。结果:治疗组T细胞指标明显改善,两组比较,P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减联合自体DC/CIK治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌能够提高临床疗效。Objective： The Shashen Maidong decoction plus autologous DC/CIK treatment was observed for elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods： 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly. All patients took DC/CIK; the treatment group was added the Shashen Maidong decoction. Results： The T cell in the treatment group was improved more significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Shashen Maidong decoction plus DC/CIK was effective on advanced non small cell lung cancer.
