摘　　要：目的:总结心脏电风暴的救治与护理要点。方法:回顾性分析、总结17例并发心脏电风暴患者的救治与护理经过。结果:经多次电除颤并加用胺碘酮、β受体阻滞剂等药物、埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)植入、经皮冠状动脉成形术、射频消融术等综合治疗,15例顺利康复出院,2例救治无效死亡。结论:对发生心脏电风暴的患者严密监护、准确判断和及时的电除颤是抢救成功的关键。Objective： To summarize the highlight of the treatment and nursing of perioper-ative cardiac electrical storm complicated. Methods： A retro-spective analysis of the treatment and nursing of cardiac electrical storm（17 cases） complicated was performed. Results： Comprehensive treatment measures including multiple defibri-llation, pacemakers and injection of amiodarone, β-blockers, buried type cardioversion defibrillator（ICD） and percutaneous coronary angioplasty were applied. 15 patients were successfully discharged and 2 patients died. Conclusion： For patients with cardiac electrical storm, strict monitoring, accurate judgment and timely electrical defibrillation is the key to successful rescue.
