摘　　要：中医针药并用是指在中医理论指导下,对同一患者同时施以针灸和药物两种治疗措施,以达到防病治病目的的治疗形式。针药并用目前广泛应用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科等各个领域,临床报道虽多,但水平参差不齐,亦无完善的理论体系。本文就近年来针药并用在内科疾病中的应用进行回顾总结,以期为中医针药并用的理论和实践体系的建立提供参考。TCM acupuncture and medicine is under the guidance of TCM theory. For the same patient, acupuncture and drug therapy are two measures were adopted to disease prevention and treatment modalities. All acupuncture and medicine now widely used inside and outside, women, children and other clinical reports come to use. In this paper, acupuncture and medicine casesin internal medicine diseases are reviewed, to help the establishment of TCM acupuncture theory.
