关节松动术配合苍龟探穴针法治疗肩周炎的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的:本课题研究建立在临床观察的角度,观察关节松动术配合苍龟探穴针法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用关节松动术配合苍龟探穴针法对30例(治疗组)肩周炎患者进行治疗,并设对照组30例,予关节松动术配合常规电针治疗;两组针法操作后接电针机,两组均配合功能锻炼,2个疗程后进行疗效对比观察。结果:经过2个疗程治疗后,治疗组愈显率为90.0%,对照组愈显率为73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:关节松动术配合苍龟探穴针法治疗肩周炎具有显著的疗效。Objective： This research based on efficacy of joint mobilization plus the acupuncture of Canggui Tanxue on frozen shoulder. Methods： After the joint mobilization plus the acupuncture of Canggui Tanxue for 30 patients（treatment group）; and in the control group 30 cases received joint mobilization plus routine acupuncture. Results： After two courses, in the treatment group marked efficiency was 90.0%; the efficiency was 73.3% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The joint mobilization plus the acupuncture of Canggui Tanxue for frozen shoulder has a significant effect.
