柴胡当归汤治疗小儿血管神经性头痛36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡当归汤治疗小儿血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法:治疗组36例给予柴胡当归汤治疗。对照组36例给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,每晚1次口服;谷维素片20 mg,每日3次口服。两组均以15d为1个疗程,用药3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的86.11%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者随访结果比较,x2=4.94,P<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论:柴胡当归汤治疗小儿血管神经性头痛的疗效肯定。Objective： To observe the Chaihu Danggui decoction treating pediatric neurovascular headache effect. Methods： The treatment group of 36 patients was given the Chaihu Danggui decoction, the control group of 36 patients given Flunarizine Hydrochloride capsules 10 mg, orally every night; oryzanol tablets 20 mg, 3 times a day orally. The two groups are on the 15 th for a course of medication after three courses to determine efficacy. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 97.22%, significantly higher than that in the control group（86.11%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Follow-up results comparing the two groups of patients, x^2=4.94, P〈0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion： The Chaihu Danggui decoction treating pediatric neurovascular headache more effective.
