雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病肾病30例

摘　　要：目的:研究雷公藤多甙在糖尿病肾病中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年1月入我院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者30例作为研究对象,均给予雷公藤多甙治疗,观察患者治疗前后血脂以及肾功能的变化情况。结果:治疗后24h尿蛋白为(0.86±00.52)g/L,较治疗前低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后TG、TC水平较治疗前低,HDL-C水平较治疗前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病肾病,能够减少尿蛋白排泄,值得推广应用。Objective： To study the tripterygium wilfordii glycoside in diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 30 patients with diabetic nephropathy as the research objects, all recieved glucoside tripterygium wilfordii treatment, observed the change of blood lipid and renal function before and after treatment. Results： 24 hours urinary protein was（0.86±0.52） g/L, lower than those before treatment; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. TG, TC level after treatment was lower than those before treatment; the level of HDL-C was high; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The tripterygium wilfordii glycoside for diabetic nephropathy can reduce urinary protein excretion, is worthy of popularization and application.
