有限切开交锁髓内钉固定结合营筋健骨汤治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

摘　　要：目的：探讨有限切开交锁髓内钉固定结合营筋健骨汤治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：2013年1-12月,我科采用有限切开交锁髓内钉固定结合营筋健骨汤治疗骨外科颈骨折18例,观察术后骨折临床愈合时间及肩关节Neer评分。结果：所有患者术后5-12个月（平均7.5个月）随访,骨折临床愈合时间为3-8个月（平均5.1个月）,根据Neer评分标准评定：优12例,良4例,可2例,优良率达88.9%。结论：有限切开交锁髓内钉固定结合营筋健骨汤可以很好地治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,有利于骨折的愈合及早期肩关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary fixation plus the Yingjin Jiangu decoction on humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods： 18 cases of surgical neck fractures, postoperative fracture healing time and neer shoulder scores were recorded. Results： All patients were followed up for 5-12 months（mean 7.5 months）, fracture healing time of 3-8 months（mean 5.1 months）, rated according to neer scores： excellent in 12 cases, good in 4 cases, effective in 2 cases. The efficiency was 88.9%. Conclusion： The limited open interlocking intramedullary nail fixation and the Yingjin Jiangu decoction can be a good treatment for humeral surgical neck fractures, which will help the healing of fractures and early recovery of shoulder function, worthy of clinical application.
