摘　　要：根据艾滋病的复杂性、敏感性以及艾滋病患者护理的特殊性等特点,分析影响护患关系的多种因素、存在的问题、常见原因,并提出解决策略,如加强业务学习及自身素质培训,掌握患者的心理,注重沟通技巧,从而进一步改善护患关系。According to AIDS complexity, sensitivity and specificity of the AIDS patient care and other characteristics were analyzed for multiple factors nurse-patient relationship, problems, common causes and propose solutions strategies, such as strengthen working learning and their own quality training to equip patients with psychological, focusing on communication skills, thereby further improving the nurse-patient relationship was neccessary.
