摘　　要：目的:探讨蒙药熏蒸治疗关节寒性黄水病的护理体会。方法:采用蒙药熏蒸治疗36例关节寒性黄水病人,治疗前进行心理护理、蒙医常规护理,治疗后密切观察患者的各项生命体征及病情动态变化。结果:经蒙药熏蒸治疗并予系统护理后,36例关节寒性黄水病患者症状好转,无并发症,疗效好。结论:在蒙药熏蒸治疗关节寒性黄水病护理过程中要重点关注护理人员对病人及家属的指导、协助,从饮食起居、心理方面予以护理,有利于和谐医患关系,更利于提升治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the care experience of traditional Mongolian medicine fumigating on the Huangshui arthritis. Methods： The clinical data from 36 cases obtained by traditional Mongolian medicine fumigating on the Huangshui arthritis of patients psychological nursing, routine care, closely observe various life signs and the dynamic changes of the disease. Results： The condition of 36 patients was improved, no complications, and had a good curative effect. Conclusion： In the nursing process of Mongolian medicine fumigation treatment of Huangshui arthritis, we should focus on the patient and family guidance and assist, from daily life, psychological aspects of care, is conducive to a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, more conducive to the treatment effect.
