美白玉容汤口服治疗黄褐斑肾虚血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价美白玉容汤口服治疗肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑临床疗效。方法:采用患者自身前后对照的方法,比较治疗前后皮损的MASI评分以及中医证候的差异。结果:MASI评分最低为2.4分,最高37.4分,平均(17.87±7.89)分,分析差异时,由于治疗第4周和治疗第8周的数据不符合正态分布,所以采用非参数检验的Wilcoxon检验。根据检验结果,说明在治疗第4周,8周和12周后均比治疗前有效。治疗4周组、8周组、12周组的MASI评分减少(即有效率)分别为27.8%、39.4%及73.8%。结论:美白玉容汤口服对肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑有一定的治疗作用。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Meibai Yurong Decoction on chloasma of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods： The differences of the melasma area severity index （MASI） and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine between before and after treatment was found by the comparison of the patients before and after treatment.Results：The lowest MASI was 2.4 and the highest was 37.4.The mean MASI was 17.87±7.89. Because the data of the 4th and 8th week did not comply with normal distribution,the the non-parameters test Wilcoxon was adopted. According to the result of the test,the curative effect appeared in the 4^th, 8^th and 12^th week.The effective rate of the 4^th,8^th and 12^th week were respectively 27.8%、39.4% and 73.8%.Conclusion：Meibai Yurong Decoction had some curative effect on chloasma of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
