益气活血汤加减联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血汤加减联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床疗效。方法:将89例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例内服益气活血汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组45例单用阿昔洛韦进行治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为100.0%,发生后遗神经痛2例,对照组有效率为91.1%,发生后遗神经痛10例,两组比较差异有统计学意义;且两组均无发生不良反应。结论:使用益气活血汤加减联合阿昔洛韦的中西医结合治疗方法较单一的西医治疗更有疗效。Objective：To observe therapeutic efficacy of Yiqihuoxuetang and Acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods：89 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in the treatment group were given Yiqihuoxuetang and Acyclovir,45 cases in the control group were given Acyclovir. Results： The treatment group effective rate was 100.0%,2 cases of Postherpetic neuralgia;and the control group effective rate was 91.1%,10 cases of Postherpetic neuralgia.Two groups were no adverse reaction.Conclusion：Yiqihuoxuetang and Acyclovirtreatment of herpes zoster the clinical effect than Acyclovir alone.
