摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛化管理在骨盆骨折围手术期的应用。方法:98例骨盆骨折患者在围手术期间纳入到无痛化管理,应用VAS疼痛标尺量表对患者术前及术后进行疼痛评估,通过评估使医护人员能够做到超前镇痛、多模式镇痛。结果:使用无痛化管理能够使患者无痛或使得疼痛降至最低程度,有利于术后康复。结论:开展无痛化管理,能最大程度的减轻或消除患者的疼痛,提高舒适度,利于康复。Objective： To investigate the application of painless management in perioperative period of pelvic fractures. Methods： 98 Cases of pelvic fractures were provided with painless management during perioperation. Pain assessment was achieved by VAS scale before and after operation. After the assement, preemptive analgesia and multimodal analgesia could be given by medical staff. Results： Painless management can make the patients in painless condition or decrease pain level to the lowest extent, which can promote the rehabilitation after operation. Conclusion： Painless management can reduce or eliminate the pain of patients in maximum extent, improve the comfort and is good for the recovery of patients.
