摘 要:通过研究不同的浸种时间和不同间隙次数对稻种发芽率的影响,为提高种子发芽率提供合理依据。以‘秀水134’为试材,探究了不同浸种时间48、60、72 h和不同浸种方式连续浸种、间隙1次、间隙2次对‘秀水134’浸种催芽的影响。对‘秀水134’稻种发芽率影响的效应是浸种方式>浸种时间,在平均17.5℃的环境中,浸种间隙的影响以2次浸种间隙处理的发芽率最高,其次是一次浸种间隙处理,连续浸种的发芽率最低。浸种时间的影响中,72 h浸种时间的种子,在催芽初期就表现出极高的发芽率。在上海崇明地区,以浸种72 h,间隙2次可以提高‘秀水134’的发芽率,并对稻种萌发有较好的促进作用。The study aimed to provide the references for improving the germination rate of rice seeds by studying the influence of different soaking times and different interval times on seed germination percentage of rice. With the 'Xiushui 134' as test material, we explored the effect of different soaking times (48 h, 60 h and 72 h) and different soaking ways (continuous soaking, interval one time and interval two times) on seed germination percentage of rice 'Xiushui 134'. The influence of different interval times was always greater than that of different soaking times. In the environment of 17.5℃, the treatment of interval two times had the highest germination percentage, followed by interval one time, and the continuous soaking had the lowest germination percentage. In the treatments of soaking time, the seeds soaked for 72 h had the higher germination percentage in the early germination period. In Chongming, Shanghai, the treatment of seeds soaked for 72 h and with interval two times, could improve germination percentage and had better effect on the germination of rice seed.
