优质水稻核心种质‘松93-8’的创建与利用

摘　　要：为了验证‘松93-8’是优质水稻核心种质,以便发挥该资源在优质水稻新品种培育中的作用,以‘松93-8’作为亲本配置杂交组合,采用系谱法选择,对水稻品种农艺性状和品质性状进行了相关性分析。结果表明,11年间育成水稻新品种23个,育成的新品种具有熟期早、米质优、产量高、抗逆性强等特点,累计推广种植201.3万hm^2;育成的新品种生育期与株高、穗长、产量呈显著正相关,与水稻穗颈瘟呈极显著负相关;整精米率与糙米率、垩白率呈极显著正相关;食味值与糙米率、整精米率、胶稠度呈正相关,与垩白率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量呈负相关。表明‘松93-8’遗传力、配合力强,是遗传基础广泛的优质水稻核心种质资源。Correlation analysis of agronomic characters and quality characters of r/ce varieties was carried out using ＇Song 93-8＇ as parent to design hybridized combinations and pedigree method was adopted in order to verify ＇Song 93-8＇ as high quality rice core germplasm resource and to play its role in the cultivation of high quality new varieties. The results showed that 23 new rice species were bred in 11 years. And the species bred had such characteristics as early maturity, superior quality, high yield and strong resistance, and were cultivated with the cumulative promotion area of 2013000 hm2. Growth period presented significant positive correlation with plant height, spike length, yield, and presented extremely significant negative correlation with rice neck blast. Head rice ratio presented extremely significant positive correlation with brown rice percentage and chalkiness ratio. Taste value presented positive correlation with brown rice ratio, head rice ratio and gel consistency, while negative correlation with chalkiness ratio, chalkiness degree and amylose content. It indicated that ＇ Song 93-8＇ had strong heritability and combining ability and was the high quality rice core germplasm resource with a broad genetic base.
