摘　　要：目的了解四川省雅安市嫖客人群的行为特征、艾滋病知识知晓率以及艾滋病病毒（HIV）、梅毒和丙型病毒性肝炎（丙肝）感染情况。方法在雅安市雨城区采用横断面研究的方法,以滚雪球的方式招募调查对象,开展问卷调查和血液检测,采用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果嫖客人群年龄分布以40~59岁为主,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为62.5%,最近1年与暗娼发生性行为时坚持使用安全套的比例为33.5%,最近一次使用的比例为43.5%;HIV阳性率为0.5%;梅毒阳性率为0.8%;丙肝阳性率为1.8%。结论嫖客中相关危险行为暴露风险较大,要关注低档嫖客和暗娼的健康促进和干预工作,重视嫖客配偶的健康保护,加强老年人群的艾滋病健康教育宣传工作。Objective To understand the AIDS related know ledge aw areness,risk behaviors and the prevalence of HIV infection,syphilis and hepatitis C virus（ HCV） infection among the clients of female sex w orkers in Ya＇an,Sichuan province. Methods Snow ball sampling w as conducted to recruit study subjects for questionnaire survey and serological detection. The results w ere analyzed w ith softw are SPSS. Results The age of the clients ranged from 40 to 59 years.The AIDS related know ledge aw areness rate w as 62. 5%. The condom use rate w as 33. 5% at each sex w ith FSWs during the past year and 43. 5% at the latest sex w ith FSWs. The HIV positive rate w as 0. 5%,the syphilis prevalence w as 0. 8% and the HCV infection rate w as 1. 8%. Conclusion The risk for HIV exposure w as high among the clients of FSWs in Ya＇an. It is necessary to strengthen the health promotion and intervention among clients and FSWs at low grade,the protection of clients＇ spouses and AIDS prevention in old population.
