精神分裂症患者自我效能与认知行为相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者自我效能与认知功能的相关性。方法选择36例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,另选36例正常人作为对照组,对两组分别进行持续操作测验(CPT),威斯康辛卡片分类测验(WCST)和可反复测查的成套神经心理状态评估工具(RBANS)评定,自我效能采用一般自我效能量表进行评定,对患者的心理测查成绩和自我效能评分进行相关性分析。结果与正常对照组比较,观察组患者的各项心理测查成绩均明显降低(P<0.05),CPT测验、WSCT测验以及RBANS测验评分与自我效能评分显著相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的自我效能与其认知功能具有明显的相关性,在临床护理工作中制定护理和干预措施时,应与提高自我效能为目标,改善患者的认知功能,使护理结局朝护理的预定目标发展,提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy and cognitive behavior in schizophreniapatients. Methods Chose 36 cases of schizophrenia patients as the observation group,another 36 cases of normal people as control group. Continuous performance Test（ CPT）,Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（ WCST）. Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status（ RBANS） and General SelfEfficacy Scale（ GSES） were used in both groups. To analyze the correlation according to the scores of schizophrenia patient＇s psychological test and the self-efficacy test. Results Compared with the normal control group,the observation group＇s test scores were obviously decreased（ P〈0. 05）,the scores of CPT,WSCT and RBANS were associated with GSES（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Multislice spiral CT has a reference value in the diagnosis of tooth involved in the jaws cyst.
