产科医生剖宫产知识、态度和行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解产科医生剖宫产相关知识、态度、行为的现状,分析其影响因素,为降低剖宫产率制定有效的干预方案提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对太原市4家三级医院、3家二级医院的87名产科医生进行剖宫产知识、态度和行为的调查。结果产科医生剖宫产知识、态度、行为的得分分别为（89.02±8.42）分、（70.25±9.55）分、（61.16±5.93）分;不同年龄、文化程度、职称、从业年限的产科医生剖宫产知识、态度、行为的得分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。产科医生剖宫产知识、态度、行为之间呈正相关（r=0.270~0.322,P〈0.05）。结论产科医生剖宫产知识、态度、行为总体水平不高,需采取多种途径和方式进行继续教育,进而有效控制剖宫产率。Objective To understand the status of cesarean related knowledge,attitudes,behaviors of obstetricians,analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for working out effective intervention projects for reducing cesarean section rate. Methods Investigations on cesarean- related knowledge,attitudes,behaviors of 87 obstetricians from four tertiary hospitals and three secondary hospitals in Taiyuan were carried out using a self- designed questionnaire. Results Scores of cesarean knowledge,attitudes and behaviors were（ 89. 02 ± 8. 42）,（ 70. 25 ± 9. 55）,and（ 61. 16 ± 5. 93）,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of cesarean- related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among obstetricians of different age,educational background,professional years of working（ P〈0. 05）. There were positive correlations among knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,respectively（ r = 0. 270- 0. 322,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The overall level of obstetricians＇ cesarean knowledge,attitudes and behaviors is not high,and a variety of ways and methods are required for further training in order to efficiently control cesarean section rate.
