摘 要:以牛羊粪和小麦秸秆为试材,其中添加自行研制的复合微生物菌剂和购自市面的商业复合微生物菌剂,采用高温好氧堆肥方法,研究了不同堆肥处理条件下堆体温度、pH值、电导率、含水率、胡敏酸含量、有机质含量、全氮含量、C/N和种子发芽率等堆肥指标的变化。结果表明:自研和商业复合微生物菌剂的添加均能延长堆肥的高温期,且前者堆肥温度最高。在整个堆肥过程中,添加复合微生物菌剂的2个处理含水率均低于CK处理,说明二者提前进入腐熟阶段。2种复合微生物菌剂的添加促进了堆体中有机物的分解和腐殖质的生成,提高了种子发芽率和全氮含量。综合评价,自研复合微生物菌剂的堆肥效果优于商业复合微生物菌剂。Taking cow dung and wheat straw as material,self-research complex microbial agent and commercial complex microbial agent were applied,using the method of high temperature aerobic composting,the pile body's index of temperature,pH,EC,moisture content,humus acid content,organic content,total nitrogen,C/N,seed germination rate under different composting process were studied.The results showed that added self-research complex microbial agent and commercial complex microbial agent could prolong high temperature of the composting,and the former was the highest.The moisture content of the treatments added complex microbial community was lower than CK treatment,showing that the two treatments got into the maturity stage in advance.Addition of two complex microbial agent could promote the degradation of organic content and generation of humus acid in the compost,and it also could improve seed germination rate and total nitrogen content.In summary,self-research complex microbial agent was better than commercial complex microbial agent during composting.
