摘 要:采用NCⅡ设计,对选自东北地区骨干自交系所组配的基础材料(PHBIM×昌7-2)S3代的5个不同株系在不同密度环境下(6×104、9×104、1.2×105、1.5×105株/hm2)的产量表现及其一般配合力和特殊配合力进行研究。结果表明,1.2×105株/hm2密度压力下选择的5个自交系其一般配合力均为正值,12W-C最高为10.52,特殊配合力最高值的组合亲本也来源于1.2×105株/hm2密度下选择的自交系,并且该密度下选育的自交系能组配出产量高于对照品种数量最多的组合,其中小区产量最高的组合为PHGJ4×12W-A。在4种选系密度中,1.2×105株/hm2为基础选系材料PHB1M×昌7-2选系的最佳密度。The yield performance, general combining ability and special combining ability were analyzed with five maize lines which selected from S3 generation of the basic material(PHB1M ×Chang7-2) under the selective pressure of 6x 104 plants/ha, 9×10^4 plants/ha, 1.2×10^5 plants/ha and 1.5×10^5 plants/ha. The results indicated that GCA of 5 inbred lines which selected under the 1.2×10^5 plants/ha were all positive, the highest value 12W-C was 10.52, the parents who had the highest value of SCA were also came from the inbred lines under the selective densi- ty of 1.2×10^5 plants/ha, meanwhile, the yield of the Combination which derived from that density was much higher than the best of CK, the highest grain yield per plot was 15.80 kg from PHGJ4×12W-A. Above all, we should take the 1.2×10^5 plants/haas the best density for PHB1MxChang7-2 combination among four selective densities.
