摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨参与我国公共数字文化资源整合项目的行为主体构成、各角色的构成及角色职能设置方案,为该类项目的建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]基于对社会学角色理论中"角色期待"概念框架下几个概念(角色期待中设置与分配、角色职能设置与分配)逻辑关系的梳理,结合相关的文献调研、政府文件,设计角色期待的访谈提纲和调研问卷,对公共文化机构从业者进行调研,对访谈结果和回收的问卷进行总结、分析和探讨。[结果/结论]我国公共数字文化资源整合项目中,同行政级别合作意愿更高;角色分配应结合《文化部信息化发展纲要(2013-2020)》,考虑从业者的角色期待,为各行为主体分配合理的角色,特别注意第三方机构的协调和中介作用;在此基础上,项目建设之初,应该根据已有角色分配对角色职能进行详细扩展。[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to discuss, the behavior subject composition, roles construction and role functions setting in Chinese public digital cultural resources integration projects, to provide some reference for similar projects to construct. [ Method/process] This research firstly teases out the logic relationships of some concepts under a conception framework of role expectation of the Social Role Theory, which include setting and assignment of role expectation and setting and assignment of role function Then, based on analysis of related literatures and government docu- ments, it designs the interview outline and survey questionnaire of role expectation, conducts an investigation on practi- tioners of public cultural institutes, and summarizes, analyzes and discusses the interview results and questionnaire. [Re- stilt/conclusion] In Chinese public digital cultural resources integration projects, public institutes are more willing to co- operate with those in the same administrative levels. Roles assignment should be on the basis of Schema of Informational Development by Ministry of Culture （2013 -2020） which is a government official document, the role expectations of all practitioners be considered to, all agents be assigned with appropriate roles, and the harmonization and mediator effect of the third institute be emphasized. Based on all the above, it suggests that the role functions should be expanded in details according the existing role assignment.
