家蚕夏秋用日系灰黑蛾品种574和576的育成及四元杂交组合皖广三号的选配

摘　　要：将家蚕蛾体色暗化基因(mln)导入现行中系或日系实用品种,组配体质强健、多丝量、能提高杂交率的新品种杂交组合。用培育的家蚕蛾体色暗化型(mln)品种517分别与2个抗性强、耐粗放饲养的实用家蚕日系品种进行杂交、回交,育成了日系灰黑蛾品种574、576,并与中系强健性白蛾品种513和515组配成四元杂交组合皖广三号。该四元杂交组合在繁育中可利用对交品种的蛾体色差异,达到99%以上的杂交率,有利于蚕种轻简化生产和蚕种质量的提高。2013—2014年新品种杂交组合在安徽省家蚕新品种审定的农村生产鉴定试验中,表现出体质强健好养、龄期较短、眠起齐、耐粗放饲养等饲养性状优势,并且还有茧丝产量高、品质优的特点,茧丝长1 058.0 m,解舒率73.10%,解舒丝长776.5 m,茧丝纤度2.904 dtex,洁净95.18分。新品种杂交组合于2014年通过安徽省家蚕品种审定,适合在长江流域夏秋季饲养。In order to prepare the new silkworm hybrid combination with high vitality,silk yield and hybridization rate,melanism（ mln） gene was introduced into the current silkworm varieties of Chinese and Japanese practical strains. Two silkworm varieties of Japanese strain 574 and 576 with grey-black moth color were bred by means of hybridization and backcross with the constructed mln mutant strain 517 and two Japanese practical strains which have strong resistance and tolerance to crude food. They were further hybridized with Chinese strains 513 and 515 to prepare quaternary hybrid combination Wanguang 3. The hybridization rate of Wanguang 3 could be increased to more than 99% by using moth color difference between thecross silkworm varieties,which would facilitate labor-saving silkworm eggs production and quality improvement of silkworm eggs. The results of rural rearing tests in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2014 showed that the new silkworm hybrid combination had the characters of strong vitality,easy handling,short larval duration,uniform molting,tolerant to crude food,and high cocoon yield and excellent silk quality. Its cocoon filament length was 1 058. 0 m,reelability was 73. 10%,length of non-broken cocoon filament was 776. 5 m,filament size was 2. 904 dtex,and neatness was 95. 18 points. The new silkworm hybrid combination had passed the evaluation by Silkworm New Variety Evaluation Committee of Anhui Province in 2014,being suitable for summer and autumn rearing in sericultural regions of the Yangtze River Valley.
