摘  要:母蛾抽样检查是家蚕微粒子病检疫工作的重要组成部分。为了明确母蛾检疫前高温干燥灭活可能存在的家蚕微孢子虫的有效处理时间,以被家蚕微孢子虫感染的母蛾为材料,在高温(71℃)条件下分别处理1、2、3、4、5和6 h后,分离母蛾体内的家蚕微孢子虫进行添毒试验,检查其灭活情况。结果表明,高温处理3 h以上的母蛾体内分离的家蚕微孢子虫给3龄、4龄健康起蚕添食后,蚕体未出现感染症状,证明添食的微孢子虫已经失去致病活性。据此建议在蚕种生产的母蛾检疫过程中,须在71℃高温条件下对母蛾处理3 h以上,以避免因抽样母蛾体内的微孢子虫扩散造成的二次环境污染。Spot check of the female silkworm( Bombyx mori) moth is an important part of the pebrine inspection work. In order to ascertain the valid treatment time to kill the spores of Nosema bombycis in the female silkworm moths after high temperature and low humidity treatment,the female silkworm moths infected by N. bombycis were treated at high temperature( 71 ℃) for 1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,5 h and 6 h respectively. Then,the spores of N. bombycis were isolated and purified from the treated female silkworm moths and were inoculated into silkworm larvae to investigate their activity. The result indicated that the newly molted third and fourth instar healthy silkworm larvae did not appear infection symptom after administration with N. bombycis spores isolated from female silkworm moths which were treated for more than three hours at 71 ℃. It was demonstrated that the N. bombycis spores had lost pathogenic activity. According to the result,we suggested that the female silkworm moths must be treated for more than three hours under the condition of 71 ℃ during pebrine inspection in silkworm egg production to avoid secondary pollution caused by diffusion of the pores of N.bombycis from the female silkworm moths.
