摘 要:采用改性杉木屑对缫丝汰头废水中的蛋白质有机物进行吸附研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定最佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明,原缫丝废水稀释10倍,即其蛋白质浓度为2 781.25 mg/L,搅拌60 min,在温度为353.15 K、转速为200 r/min的条件下,当改性杉木屑的投加量为20 g/L,并对缫丝汰头废水进行多次吸附,蛋白质的去除率可达到59.72%,COD的去除率为46.62%。It was studied that protein organics in filature cocoon wastewater were adsorbed by the the NaOH-modified Chinese fir sawdust. The optimum technological condition was confirmed by single factor experi- ment and orthogonality test. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of protein and COD were up to 59.72% and 46.62% when the adsorption was done for many times in filature cocoon wastewater with concentra- tion of 2 781.25 mg/L, which was diluted for 10 times, and when the temperature, rotational speed, dosage of the modified sawdust and reaction time were 353.15 K, 200 r/min, 20 g/L and 60 min.
